The Company's first acquisition Custom Carbon Processing (CCP), Inc. is a slop-oil processing/recycling company based in Wyoming and Montana. CCP's technological advancements in the field of oil recycling allows customers viable recycling options for "Slop Oil" materials, presently stored in pits and tanks, or spread on roads. CCP is typically paid a minimum of $15/barrel to receive slop oil materials, of which it salvages an average of 50% as good crude oil. It then sells this oil to Shell Trading Co at prevailing oil prices, less $9 for transportation. CCP gets paid two separate ways in its operations. First CCP receives disposal fees for receiving slop oil at one of its facilities; Secondly, CCP collects its main revenues for the sale of its finished, highly valuable product: high-quality crude oil.
